I just wanted to let you know both Store 146-Castleton, NY and Store 041-Mt.
Sterling, KY-orders were well organized. The set up teams were different at both
stores. In both cases items were easy to find and the number pallets were very
helpful. Please pass this on to everyone at FSI that worked on these two
projects. For both stores 100%-not one piece was missing. Excellent job!

Just wanted to drop you a note on this...
I really appreciate the extra effort that Darlene made in making sure this order
got where it need to go. She got on the FedEx truck (late in the day), pulled
the order and revised it to go to two different places, which helped our sales
guy get the catalogs he needed the following day. Thank you for a job well done!

My experience with FSI has been very positive. I know when I place an order, I
can rest assured that it is going to get where it needs to go in a efficient
manner. My contact, Randy Walker, is always most helpful and has a pleasant,
upbeat attitude. He is quick to respond to my needs and I know I can count on
